CRUFTS 2022
This year we were at Crufts with Dexter - Claytonmoor Dexter Gordon -he's a great little boy - did so very well in his venture shown by Shannon Nolan - not placed but gave a good account of himself - lovely day out - amazing as he passed his BOAS testing - Grade 1 (despite being stressed) and passed his BVA Eye test - all showing that he's an excellent healthy boy! We love you Dexter!

CRUFTS 2020
A most spectacular result for Finstar Kennels - Chilli Abifinstar Viva Las Vegas was awarded VHC in MId Limit Bitch - our very own home grown girl - 3rd generation Abifinstar - such an amazing result for us - only marred by having to advise Judge of Chilli's eye injury which has seriously impacted on her show career. A very big thanks to Duncan Munro for showing Chilli and a massive big shout out to Sophie Blakeley who spent a year training and showing Chilli all over the country to near perfection. Despite the eye injury it was still an amazing result and an amazing day!

CRUFTS 2019
On Sunday 11 March 2019 all our dreams came true! After a really hard year of campaigning - Leo - shown by Duncan Munro and Chilli - originally schooled and trained by Jess Sankey and subsequently shown again by Duncan - took their place amongst the elite of the bulldog world. Leo has had a chance before but for Chilli - it was her first time and she is special - why? She is bred by me and is Grandaughter of Lily our foundation bitch. We were making a serious attempt to try to get placed - a lot of the competitors were well known to us so there was no need to panic! Leo was shown in Postgraduate dog and Chilli in Junior Bitch. Although both dogs weren't placed they gave such a good account of themselves. I was especially touched by the level of support from the Finstar Team - it was such a fabulous day. Some of the pictures - taken by Nathan Fogg, Sophie Blakeley and myself show what a great day it was.
